Change of Mind
OneOut Perfumes does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Personal preference
- Change of scent choice
- Ordering the wrong product
- Deciding you no longer want the item
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is damaged during transit
- Is not as described
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos where applicable
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products (unless faulty)
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear
- Changes in fragrance perception over time
